We offer a fresh, seasonal selection of live and frozen bait like shrimp and pinfish, plus all the tackle essentials, hooks, rigs, weights, and more. What really makes us different is our honest advice and down-to-earth vibe. No pushy sales here, just friendly tips to help you reel in something great and enjoy every minute of it.
Rusty Bucket is proud to support the New Port Richey community. We welcome everyone with open arms and a smile - locals, visitors, kids, veterans, the homeless, and those in recovery. Kids love scooping their own shrimp, and veterans always get free shrimp as a thank you for their service. We believe in giving back and creating a space where everyone feels at home.

At Rusty Bucket Charters, we believe every trip should feel like an adventure with friends. Whether you're a seasoned angler or just curious about casting a line for the first time, our charters are built for fun, learning, and making memories.
We offer both half-day and full-day trips, exploring the beautiful inshore and nearshore waters around New Port Richey. Our crew is here to guide you every step of the way, sharing tips, pointing out the best spots, and making sure you’re comfortable and confident.

Bait Barge
We’re also your local bait stop on the water, anchored just outside the Gulf Harbors North Channel. Open every Friday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to Noon—or until we run out—the Rusty Bucket Bait Barge is here to keep you fully stocked before you hit your favorite fishing spot.
We’re slingin’ live white bait by the scoop, along with shrimp, pinfish, and a selection of basic tackle essentials to help you get your lines in the water fast. Whether you're heading out early or making a quick stop along the way, we’ve got what you need to get fishing in no time.
